Subway in Lippstadt

Was once the best branch with the best subs and employees. But it has decreased a lot, toppings are now weighed down to the exact gram and you have to wait unnecessarily to see whether this is what the franchise wants. I ask myself.

Due to the lack of competition, I've been to this branch many times over the past ten years and have noticed that the service and the products have steadily deteriorated. The employees have always been very unfriendly and incompetent. You tell them what you want on your sandwich, but they don't listen, so they are constantly asked and still get it wrong. If you point it out politely, the service becomes immediately unfriendly. It is like that here all the time. On my last visit, I was the only customer there (how come?) And waited several minutes for someone to get out of the door behind the counter, but stopped in the open door and stared at me without a word and with an expressionless face instead of serving me. That was definitely my last visit there. I cannot recommend this branch of Subway.

The WORST subway I've been so far. I was there today, the unfriendliness of the service when it comes to choosing the sorts is unbeatable! When I asked if I can redeem my points for a sub, I was only complained about. The waiting time: 30 minutes, 25 minutes of which the subs lay on the shelf without anyone pushing them into the empty oven. There were 3 pieces of chicken on my salad. There were 2 slices of sausage on the Italian BMT (pre-ordered online). We'll never visit the shop again, if it would work, I would give it 0 stars.

Worst subway I know! Have been here regularly, the last 2 times: No disinfectant in the dispenser; The staff is disinterested and slowly, despite nice demand, I was jostled and then just left it; Ingredients are getting less and less on the bread. We're not coming anymore!

We had placed an order for collection and included in the comments that we would like to use the advent calendar voucher. The confirmation call came after a few minutes too, without mentioning that the vouchers were not being accepted in this fiale. Only on site when we accepted the subs were we told that we had to pay the full price ... This is misleading and disappointing, next time you will certainly go to Burger King again, vouchers are accepted there and if not, this will be communicated before ordering ...

The big Wannabe boss with the undercut and sweet pigtails was, to my astonishment, very unfriendly, petty and intrusive. I've known him since the beginning of his steep career, Subway seems to have stolen his humanity - a shame!

The staff is totally unfriendly it takes forever for you to take your order. At 10 p.m. there is no more bread or sandwich bread is ridiculous what do the employees do until midnight? The subs was never even delivered wrong when the order was placed. Burger King and Mc Donalds definitely cut a better figure because not everything goes wrong.

I waited about an hour on site because the pick-up orders were processed first and not the ones outside.

Yawn ... In this newly renovated branch there were 6 customers in front of me and I had gained 40 minutes of unwanted stay. The pure motivation at work, break over .. Pre-order allegedly did not come through. Well, it was delicious anyway. That's why two asterisks.

Very nice branch! After the renovation, significantly more seats. The order is prepared promptly, tastes good, the staff is always very friendly and customer-oriented.

For the food itself I would give at least 4 stars. The service in this branch Leaves a lot to be desired and the staff is mostly overwhelmed. Entering coupons and vouchers into the cash register system in connection with regular discounts is often a problem for staff. In the case of online orders, the collection date confirmed by telephone can only rarely be met. After the renovation and enlargement in summer 2020, the branch looks brighter and very inviting.

Parking is a little difficult. You should also keep in mind that the parking lot is set up like a one-way street! Parking is not that difficult without oncoming traffic! ;)

How can you complain about a long line and then go through a list of orders ?! Even though I've never seen so many employees behind the counter!

Tip top. Quite newly renovated and therefore tidy and nothing broken. Sandwich well prepared according to the standard. Nothing to complain about.

Almost all tables dirty despite Corona and empty shop. And a menu card is missing. The electric changes so often that you can't really look at it.

The last two times the orders have not arrived despite the confirmation call being made. Only after you wait an hour for your meal and then you have to call again because no one from Subway answers, you learn that there are supposedly no more bread at 10 pm for the rest of the day .. What the employees do until midnight a mystery to me Unfortunately an absolute disaster.
